Conditions for granting the guarantee
Who we are
This page applies to all products sold through RoyalPearls.ro, operated by Vox Digital Strategies SRL, a company registered in Romania, J20/22000220127, CUI 45475522 and ANPC Authorization: 0013804 for performing operations with precious metals and precious stones.
Our products are exclusively made of 14K gold and cultured pearls.
Type of guarantee
According to the legislation in force (GEO 140 / 28.12.2021), we offer the Customer a legal guarantee of conformity of 12 months from the date of purchase of the product.
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing and conformity defects.
For each order, the Customer will receive the Warranty Certificate in physical format, inside the package.
What does the warranty cover?
We guarantee the conformity of our products with the declared characteristics, namely:

authenticity of 14K gold;
-
the quality of cultured pearls according to the specification;
-
the locking system or metal elements, in case of manufacturing defects.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the product will be repaired or replaced, according to legislation.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover:
-
normal wear and tear over time;
-
scratches or deformations that occur after wearing;
-
mechanical damage caused by hitting, hanging or mishandling;
-
accidental loss of the product or parts of the product;
-
damage caused by contact with chemicals, salt water, swimming pools, cosmetics, perfume, makeup, cleaning products;
-
attempted interventions or modifications to the products carried out by third parties, unauthorized persons.
14K gold products are fine jewelry. Correct and careful handling is mandatory to preserve their aesthetic appearance over time.
How to make a warranty claim
The request is sent in writing, by email to: contact@royalpearls.ro
The request must contain:
-
order number
-
a clear description of the situation
-
product photo to highlight the problem
-
photo of the Warranty Certificate received
If these elements are missing, additional information will be requested. The response to the request will be sent within 24–48 hours, depending on the complexity.
The product is only sent after our confirmation of receipt and instructions sent in writing.
Repair / Replacement
If it is confirmed that the non-conformity is due to manufacturing:
-
the product will be repaired free of charge; or
-
if it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an identical one, and if it is not in stock, a product of equivalent value or a refund of the product's value will be offered.
The maximum period for repairing a product under warranty is 30 calendar days, according to legislation.
Usage recommendations
To maintain the premium look over time:
-
keep the products separately, in the original box
-
avoid direct contact with perfume, alcohol, hairspray, lotions, creams, makeup
-
avoid wearing while sleeping, exercising, in the pool, sauna or shower
-
pearls are organic materials — protect them from bumps and hard surfaces
The pearls can be gently wiped with a soft, dry cloth after each wear.
Delivery and territory
Warranty services and all operations apply exclusively on the territory of Romania.
