The photographs, descriptions and materials published on www.royalpearls.ro are carefully made to reflect the products as accurately as possible. However, subtle differences in hue may occur due to the display settings of the devices or the shooting conditions. Customers will be informed about the availability in stock, the processing time of the order and the estimated delivery date; these details are presented in the section Delivery and may be updated without prior notice.
Products purchased through www.royalpearls.ro are delivered together with the related documents (certificate of conformity/warranty, as applicable), and the tax invoice is transmitted electronically. In case of an incorrectly communicated e-mail address and a tax invoice request, you can contact us at contact@royalpearls.ro .

Accessing and using www.royalpearls.ro (including viewing and purchasing products) implies acceptance of a set of terms of use that constitute a legal agreement between the visitor and ROYAL PEARLS; we recommend reading the following carefully. Visiting or purchasing from the site is equivalent to accepting these terms. The use of any current or future services offered by ROYAL PEARLS implies compliance with the same rules.
The company does not grant users the right to modify, copy, reproduce (in whole or in part), sell, resell, republish, distribute or exploit in any way the site or its elements without the written consent of ROYAL PEARLS. The content of the site (logo, graphic elements, images, photographs, texts, descriptions, etc.) is the exclusive property of VOX DIGITAL STRATEGIES SRL. It is prohibited to copy, publish, modify, supplement, include, link, transmit, remove the insignia or copyright and sell any information or materials on the site without our explicit consent.
No user acquires, by simply accessing, any right or license to exploit the content. The use of automatic/manual systems for monitoring or copying the content of the site is not permitted.

Customers – Privacy

The customer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the information he has access to when browsing, creating an account, authenticating, placing and processing orders. It is prohibited to disclose to third parties the relationship with ROYAL PEARLS without our prior written consent.
The transmission of materials/ideas/suggestions via the site (including e-mail) grants ROYAL PEARLS a non-exclusive, free and irrevocable right to use them for the purpose of improving products and services, in compliance with data protection legislation.
ROYAL PEARLS has a strict data confidentiality policy. The company ensures the security of data hosted and transmitted through its computer systems. This data may be used to confirm orders, commercial communications (only with the prior consent of the customer) and to fulfill legal obligations. Providing data is not mandatory, but certain services cannot be provided in their absence. Any request for data deletion can be addressed to contact@royalpearls.ro.

Product and pricing information

We sell 14K (585) gold jewelry and cultured pearls, handmade in Romania. The prices displayed on www.royalpearls.ro are expressed in RON and include VAT. The prices are valid at the time of display and may be modified without prior notice. By placing an order on the site, you irrevocably agree to pay the value of the ordered products.
During the checkout process, you may be redirected to payment processor pages to collect the data required for the transaction; payments are processed by our partners. Refusal to provide the data requested by them may result in the inability to complete the order.
Indicative description of the online payment flow:
– initiate the order on www.royalpearls.ro;
– you are directed to the processor's page to enter your card details;
– the issuing bank authorizes the transaction; the related amount can be reserved in your account;
– the transaction goes through anti-fraud filters; in case of validation we are notified;
– after shipping the product, the amount is debited and transferred according to the processor's flow.
You can create an account on the site by filling in the requested data (name, email, password). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access data. Any order issued from your account is presumed to belong to you.

Order placement and confirmation

Placing an order is done by following these steps:

1. adding products to the Shopping Cart ;

2. choosing " Complete order ";

3. filling in the billing data and delivery address;

4. selecting the payment method (card/refund);

5. checking the box " I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions ";

6. sending the order.
   After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt (this does not constitute firm acceptance of the order). In the event of stock unavailability or other objective reasons, we will inform you and offer you alternatives or a refund (if it has already been received). The contract is considered concluded upon delivery of the products to the customer, subject to their payment.

Payments & limitations

Available payment methods:
– online payment by card;
– cash on delivery, upon delivery by courier within Romania.
Processors may apply additional security/identity verification measures, especially for large amounts or high-risk transactions. Refusal to provide the required information may result in the cancellation of the order. ROYAL PEARLS makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, but does not guarantee the absolute absence of errors. We are not responsible for loss of data/profit or temporary inability to use the site, for changes made without notice or for the structure of the pages.
The seller issues an invoice for the delivered products; the customer is obliged to provide correct and complete data for invoicing.

Warranties and declaration of conformity

ROYAL PEARLS offers a legal guarantee of compliance under the terms of GEO 140/2021 for the jewelry sold.
Materials: 14K gold (585) and cultured pearls. All pieces are sold under ANPC Authorization No. 0013804 and comply with regulations regarding the marking of precious metals.
Technical note: white gold can be coated with a layer of rhodium; natural wear of rhodium and micro-scratches caused by wear do not constitute a lack of conformity. Damage caused by mechanical shock, chemicals, improper use or unauthorized interventions are not covered by the guarantee of conformity.

Warranty certificate

Orders are accompanied by the relevant documents (certificate of conformity/warranty, as applicable). If the certificate is missing from the package, please notify us immediately at contact@royalpearls.ro for remediation.
During the warranty period, if a lack of conformity not attributable to the customer is found, ROYAL PEARLS will bring the product into conformity (repair/replacement) within a reasonable time, at no cost to the customer, or will order a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law. If the addition of material is necessary to bring it into conformity (e.g. size adjustment involving additional gold), the cost of the material may be charged to the customer, with prior notice.

Recommendations for using jewelry

For durability: avoid mechanical impact, chemicals (perfume, chlorine, detergents), high humidity environments; keep pieces separate to avoid scratching. For pearl jewelry, avoid contact with cosmetics and clean gently with a soft cloth. During the warranty period, if you send a product for repair, please ship it in the original packaging.

Delivery policy

Delivery is made exclusively by express courier, to the address indicated by the customer, only on the territory of Romania.
In-stock orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours from order confirmation; the standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from shipment, depending on location and courier volume. The time may be influenced by factors beyond our control (weather conditions, holidays, promotional periods, etc.)
The package is properly packaged to ensure integrity during transport. Liability for damage/losses occurring in transit rests with the carrier, according to applicable law.
If you have received other products than those ordered, please write to us; we will arrange for pick-up and replacement at no additional cost.
If a product is missing from the package, notify us within 24 hours of receipt; if the notification is confirmed, we will deliver the missing product free of charge.

Return policy (right of withdrawal)

According to the law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to withdraw from the contract, without penalties and without having to justify your decision. To initiate, send an e-mail to contact@royalpearls.ro with the order number and the product(s) concerned, within max. 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) took physical possession of the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
Conditions: unworn products, in original packaging, with intact seals/labels, without traces of use or intervention.
Costs: return shipping is borne by the customer; the return is made through the same type of courier service with which it was delivered.
Refund: the amount will be refunded to the account indicated by the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the unequivocal declaration of withdrawal; we reserve the right to postpone the refund until receipt of the goods or until proof of shipment is presented.
Returns of products that show signs of wear, damage, missing accessories/documents, or signs of intervention are not accepted.
Exceptions: personalized/modified products upon request, to the extent that irreversible customizations occur, cannot be returned (according to the law).

Post-repair conditions

If during the warranty period, deficiencies not attributable to improper use are found, the product will be returned to its original condition based on a request to contact@royalpearls.ro (attach photos and a brief description of the situation). After analysis, we organize the pickup by courier. A service sheet is issued and the repair benefits from a 14-day warranty for the intervention performed. If within the 14 days the same defect reappears due to improper repair, we will replace the product with a new, identical one; if it is not in stock, you will choose a product of equivalent value. After the 14 days for the service work have expired, damage at the same point is considered a consequence of use.

Contractual liability

By creating and using the account, the client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access data and for all actions performed in the account. Accessing the site, creating an account, using the services and placing orders implies unequivocal acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in the form published at the time of use. The client is obliged to periodically check the updated version of the document.

Cookie Policy

www.royalpearls.ro uses cookies for functionality, analysis and personalization. Cookies do not contain software programs and do not access information from your hard drive. They allow device recognition and adapt content according to preferences (e.g.: saving your shopping cart).
Users can disable cookies in their browser settings, but note that some features of the site may become unavailable. We collect aggregate information about pages accessed, date/time, products purchased, and estimated interest, in order to improve your experience and display relevant advertising. We may collect information about where our advertisements appear and are accessed.

Information and communications

Subscribing and unsubscribing to the ROYAL PEARLS newsletter is free and voluntary; the messages comply with the legislation on commercial communication. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email or by sending a request to contact@royalpearls.ro.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations on time or for improper performance (total or partial) of its obligations if this is due to a force majeure event within the meaning of the law. The party invoking force majeure shall notify the other party within 5 days of the occurrence of the event and shall take steps to limit the consequences.

Applicable law

The contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disagreements will be resolved amicably; in the absence of a solution, the jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.

Final provisions

The website www.royalpearls.ro is owned by VOX DIGITAL STRATEGIES SRL, which grants the right of access and use subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions. ROYAL PEARLS may modify the content of the website, policies, terms and conditions at any time, by publishing the updated version on the website; the client is obliged to periodically consult this document.
ROYAL PEARLS periodically runs promotions displayed on the site; these begin upon activation and end upon deactivation, are not cumulative with each other or with other discounts, and are valid within the limit of available stock.
