Payment methods

For orders placed on RoyalPearls.ro, we offer the following payment methods:

1. Online payment by card

You can pay for your order directly online, upon completion, using bank cards issued in Romania or internationally.

Payment is processed through a secure system, and card details are not stored by Royal Pearls.
Transaction processing takes place exclusively in the payment processor's system.

2. Cash on delivery (cash on delivery)

You can pay for your order in cash, upon delivery, directly to the courier who delivers your package.

In this case, payment is made in full upon receipt of the package.

 

Regardless of the payment method chosen, you will receive the tax invoice for the order, in digital format, to the email address used when placing the order.

In the case of returns, the value of the products will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer, regardless of the initial payment method.
