Payment methods

For orders placed on RoyalPearls.ro, we offer the following payment methods:

1. Online card payment

You can pay for your order directly online, at the time of completion, using bank cards issued in Romania or internationally.

Payment is processed through a secure system, and card data is not stored by Royal Pearls.
Transaction processing takes place exclusively within the payment processor's system.

2. Cash on delivery (cash to courier)

You can pay for your order in cash, upon delivery, directly to the courier delivering your package.

In this case, payment is made in full upon receipt of the package.

Regardless of the chosen payment method, you will receive the tax invoice for your order, in digital format, at the email address used when placing the order.

In the case of returns, the value of the products will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer, regardless of the initial payment method.
