Delivery and return
Delivery is free for all orders within Romania.
Orders placed online are processed Monday to Friday, within the hours displayed on the website. Processing time does not include weekends and public holidays. The estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and is calculated starting from the first business day after the order is placed.
We also ship internationally. For deliveries outside Romania, the shipping cost is borne by the customer, according to the courier company's rates applicable to the destination country. International delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 calendar days from receiving the package.
For a return to be processed, the product must be in impeccable condition: in its original packaging, with no obvious signs of wear, no scratches, deformations or damage, and accompanied by all original accessories, the warranty certificate, and the corresponding fiscal document.
Products that show mechanical damage, obvious signs of use, interventions carried out by third parties, or signs of neglect cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Products made or modified at the customer's request, including special length adjustments that are not part of the standard options available on the website, cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, earrings cannot be returned after unsealing or wear.
RETURN METHOD
The return must be accompanied by the fully completed return form. Without the form, the return cannot be processed.

The shipping costs for returns or exchanges are borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for proper packaging of returned products. Royal Pearls assumes no responsibility for damage incurred during return shipping.
EXCHANGES
Returned products can be replaced with another product of equal or greater value, or a voucher for the value of the returned product can be issued.
In the case of a gifted piece of jewelry, we offer the possibility of replacement with another product of equal or greater value. This option can be used only once.
REFUND OF VALUE
The value of returned products will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the return.
Royal Pearls reserves the right to postpone the refund until the returned product is received and its compliance is verified.
To process the refund, please include your IBAN account in the return form.
We reserve the right to refuse to process a return in case of abusive behavior, including repeated returns or intentional use of products before returning them.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
The responsibility for providing correct and complete delivery details rests solely with the customer.
Royal Pearls is not responsible for:
- addresses incorrectly entered by the customer;
- addresses that cannot be identified by the courier company;
- losses after delivery, if the package is listed as "delivered" in the courier's system.
Once the package has been dispatched, the order can no longer be redirected or modified.
