Delivery and return
Delivery is free for all orders in Romania.
Orders placed online are processed Monday through Friday during the hours listed on the website. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Estimated delivery time is displayed at the time of order completion and is calculated from the first business day after the order is placed.
We also ship outside Romania. For international deliveries, the cost of shipping is borne by the customer, according to the rates of the courier company in the destination country. The international delivery time varies depending on the destination country.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchange requests within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.
In order for a return to be processed, the product must be in suitable condition for resale: with original packaging, without obvious signs of wear, without bumps, without scratches, without deformations, with the original accessories included, along with the warranty certificate and the related fiscal document.
Products that show mechanical damage, third-party interventions, obvious signs of wear or neglect cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please contact us by email or phone number for returns.
RETURN METHOD
The return must be accompanied by the fully completed return form. Without the form, the return cannot be processed. For more information regarding your return, please contact us by phone, email or using the contact form.
EXCHANGES
The returned product can be replaced with another product of equal or greater value, or you can request the issuance of a voucher for the value of the returned product.
In the case of a piece of jewelry received as a gift, we offer the possibility of replacing it with another product of equal or greater value. This option can be used only once.
REFUND OF THE CONTRA-VALUE
The value of the returned products will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer, within the legal deadline. Please include the IBAN account in the return form.
We reserve the right to refuse to process a return if we detect abuse (repeated returns, intentional use of products for return purposes, etc.)
INCORRECT ADDRESS
The responsibility for providing correct and complete delivery data lies with the customer.
Royal Pearls does not assume responsibility for:
- addresses entered incorrectly by the customer
- addresses impossible to locate by the courier
- losses after delivery, if the parcel appears as "delivered" in the courier's system
Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be redirected.
